Check in time is 3:00 pm, if you arrive early you must contact the office before checking in.
No checking in before 12:00 pm, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Check out time is 10:00 am for adequate housekeeping, NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you are late checking out you will be subject to a minimum $25.00 late fee at owners discretion.
Reservations will be charged in full 15 days prior to arrival date.
Holiday reservations will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
All rooms are nonrefundable once charged, unless room can be rebooked for the same number of nights (a 20% rebooking fee will apply).
No refunds for early check outs, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pets-Small dog breeds only, 25 lbs. and under, limit 2 per room, must be approved at the time reservation is made.
Pets-no puppies, must be a minimum of 2 years old any fully housebroken.
Pets must be in a kennel if left alone in room. If they are prone to barking, please take them with you.
If there is additional housekeeping inside or outside due to pets, there will be a $50.00 pet cleaning fee applied to your credit card. Potty bags are located on the green trash cans along Main Street for your convenience.
Please do not allow your pet to potty on the back deck of the duplex (208/210).
If you have a pet at the cabin (214) you must also pick up after your pet in the yard.
You are responsible for any damages to the room. If there are damages your credit card will be charged.
